At the Natural Rhythms™ Institute, Nature and a direct connection to Source functions as your fundamental teacher. We simply provide environments and experiences for you to deepen your ability to connect directly to that wisdom. Our Foundation Series is the core program of the Natural Rhythms Institute. A certified Natural Rhythms Facilitator conducts each workshop through activational exercises including personal reflection, connecting to nature, journeying, meditation, small & large group sharing, movement, creative projects, and more. These workshops bring you increased inner awareness, help you connect to new people, assist you in accessing more life force, and provide ways for you to have fun while learning.
The foundation program develops your capacity to work with the elemental forces of Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Spirit. In this series, you learn about their expression in the astrological gates of awareness, assisting you in better understanding yourself and the people around you. You align and work with each element’s natural rhythm cycle, increasing your inner harmony and aliveness. As you activate each element’s power and its wholeness integration, you will find your ability to design and align your life with the natural forces of co-creation dramatically increases. Join us to discover ways to deepen your alignment with the elements and the rhythmic cycles of the sun, moon, and stars, and connect to greater levels of health and wellness, creativity and wholeness, and inner peace and balance.
