Lynette McCormack is a graphic facilitator and founder and creative edge of Ah Ha!. She designs facilitated sessions and processes for organizations around the world with a passionate attention to systems thinking, organizational learning and playfulness. As she holds space for team members to integrate deep personal experiences, they develop new connections to consciously evolve and transform how they work together. Through use of graphic tools, conversation, journaling, storytelling and collage her sessions enable people to see the big picture together, create shared understanding and collective knowledge to confidently move forward. She also installs and works with labyrinths.
